Компания PQ и наш партнер, международная компания сегмента электроники, находимся в поиске Health & Safety Senior Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of labor protection and other types of safety in the Company.
- Control over compliance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection.
- To study the state of labor conditions at workplaces, to prepare and make proposals for their adjustment.
- To exercise control over the provision of benefits and compensations to employees.
- Participate in audits and inspections of the technical condition of equipment, etc.
- Develop measures aimed at increasing the level of fire protection and fire prevention.
- Special assessment and certification of workplaces.
- Ensure implementation of fire safety measures stipulated by rules, regulations and standards.
- Control compliance with measurement schedules of parameters of hazardous and harmful production factors.
- To participate in consideration of issues on compensation by the employer for damage caused to employees.
- Conduct introductory briefings on labor protection, fire and electrical safety.
- Participate in the investigation of accidents.
- Supervise the work of the nurse in the Company's offices.
- Procure necessary materials to ensure occupational health and safety activities.
- Ensure the conclusion of contracts for the provision of occupational health and safety activities.
- Prepare reports on labor protection according to the established forms and within the established deadlines.
- Develop local regulatory documentation and ensure labor protection measures.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate English
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Relevant work experience from 3 years
