The role :

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective threat models to safeguard against potential security breaches.
• Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge security procedures, regulations, and standards to ensure robust protection of organizational assets.
• Actively engage in shaping the rules and policies governing our information security systems, leveraging leading technologies in the field.
• Oversee the administration of key security tools, ensuring optimal performance and effectiveness.
• Proactively detect and investigate information security incidents, employing advanced techniques to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
• Lead vulnerability management initiatives, including patch management, to continuously fortify our defenses against emerging threats.
• Spearhead engaging phishing and training campaigns to enhance employee awareness and resilience against cyber threats.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our security posture.

The Candidate:

• Higher education in IT
• 3+ years experience in IT Security
• Knowledge of Russian legislation and international standards for information protection
• Active active, dynamic, and hands-on profile
• Ability to build communication
• Wilingness to be part of business optimisation
• Intermediate English
