The Role:
SMM:
- Development and implementation of a local SMM strategy, preparation of monthly content plans for social networks VK, Telegram, Instagram.
- Content optimization for search engines, formation of a semantic core (keywords and phrases to increase website traffic).
- Analysis of content, activity, and effectiveness of the implemented strategy.
- Interaction with contractors, budgeting, reporting.
- Monitoring trends in content within the categories of sport, fashion, lifestyle.
- Ensuring compliance with task deadlines.
- Quality control of work at all stages of its execution.
- Compliance with technical requirements for produced content according to current brand platforms (website, social networks, 1C, sizes of surfaces and media in stores).
- Monitoring brand mentions on social networks.
Content:
- Creating content (for the website/online store, social networks): Photo and video shooting, Texts, Articles;
- Clarifying the needs and deadlines with clients, compiling technical specifications;
- Working with contractors, overseeing the work of freelancers;
- Ability to optimize shoots;
- Maintaining a library of photos in accessible form;
- Monitoring the work with product cards;
- Planning, controlling adherence to the content preparation budget;
- Reporting on content expenses.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Skills in creating creative content;
- Skills in editing materials - texts, photos, and videos (skills in Adobe Photoshop are a plus);
- Developed analytical abilities, ability to track activity results;
- High level of independence and proactivity;
- Taste and cultural awareness;
- Desirable experience in the Sport/Fashion industry.
