About the role:
The International School of Moscow is looking for the Deputy Head of Finance. We offer a unique opportunity to work in the international team dedicated to provide the best educational service on the Russian market among international programs.
Main responsibilities:
- Day-to-day planning and control of invoicing and chasing process with focus on deadlines, cash collection targets and accounts receivable;
- Planning and control of enrolment process (Review of contract templates, addendum templates, required updates in the system);
- Monthly and quarterly reporting (PL, BS, Cash flow, Capex, supplementary forms): revenue recognition with further analysis of related accounts, review of full PL, BS and CF on monthly basis;
- Budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis;
- Planning and control of Uniform shop operations (timely stock replenishment, stock-takes, online uniform shop project);
- Managing the Team of Invoicing Managers, Financial Controller and Customer Service Manager); monitor their professional achievements, provide methodological assistance, professional development planning;
- Further development of automation resources (software) in order to achieve staff efficiency
- Occasional tasks set by the school’s management within the area of your professional expertise; meeting the expected target and deadlines
Requirements:

Higher education in Finance;
- 3+ years experience in financial reporting (IFRS, GAAP);
- High level of business and client-oriented communication; fluent in both Russian and English(written and spoken);
- Ability to work in multitasking environment;
- Management experience is an advantage.
