This year we are opening a Product Boot Camp
We are seeking ambitious managers who have experience in various digital domains such as PR agencies, design studios, marketing, and digital analytics, or in custom software development. If you're interested in acquiring new experience in product management within an IT company, then we invite you to intern at the "Kommo bootcamp".
Upon completing the internship, you'll have the chance to be hired as a manager within our international IT company. You'll work on engaging projects and contribute to the creation of an exciting product alongside a team of like-minded individuals.
What you will do
With direct mentoring from the head of product, you will...
- Brainstorm solutions for strategic goals
- Plan the logic for your solutions, drawing wireframes and writing a project plan
- Collaborate with developers and other specialists to understand the scope/limitations
- Create realistic timelines
- Dig into the numbers to measure success and hypothesize new directions
In this job vacancy, all product managers undergo a free three-week mentorship training, which takes place in two stages. The first stage involves getting acquainted with our company and processes. Upon successful completion, you will progress to the second stage, where you'll actively engage in your own mini-project. Finally, after an interview, high achievers who fit our company culture will join our Kommo product team.
The candidate we are dreaming about has:
