Being a member of our CMI technical Engineering Support Team, you will be responsible for job functions for clients (Chinese one) and office deals.
Job Functions & Required Skills / Knowledge:

Provide provisioning and maintenance service of networking systems to the clients
-
Handle (enquiry/fault/change request) cases pertaining to network related
-
Design and configuration helping in the project of the building automation system with Siemens and KNX equipment ( we will teach it)
-
Maintain good relationship with customers;
-
On-site technical support in customer sites
-
Manage escalation procedures and build efficient maintenance guidelines to improve efficiency;
-
Maintain existing office equipment (laptops, printers, CPE routers)
-
Install and maintain the equipment into the DC with cabling works.
-
Prepare necessary trainings to operational staff from the client side (very rarely)
-
Experience with configuration of Cisco/Huawei/ZTE/ D-Link/Microtik equipment

Experience with installation and configuration the servers
-
Knowledge of Networking in both design and provisioning
-
Good command of both spoken & written English
-
Degree or above in Network Technology, Computer Science

Good problem solving skills and able to work in frontline customer service

Eager to learn and willing to take up new assignments & challenges

Willing to work under pressure and irregular working hours in urgent cases
- Good team player and self-motivated, proactive, self-motivated and a good team-player, with good interpersonal, communication skills
