We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our company as Technical PO (Product Owner) for our mobile application and web authorized zone. As the Technical PO, you will be responsible for managing software development process in agile environment in one of our Squads. The ideal candidate will have great experience of managing cross-functional teams of mobile and web development and a good understanding of the product development framework, agile and scrum practices, online trading platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Assign tasks, implement scrum ceremonies, promote collaboration in a team including developers, designers, QAs and analysts to ensure on-time delivery of app features. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, emphasizing data-driven insights.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize, groom and granulate a well-structured product backlog, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaboration with other Squads: Collaborate with different teams to ensure organized delivery of cross-team super-epics.
- User Behavior Analytics: Implement and oversee user behavior tracking tools and analytics platforms to gain deep insights into user interactions with our mobile apps. Conduct usability testing, user acceptance testing, and gather user feedback to validate and refine product features and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize user behavior data to make informed decisions on new features, enhancements, and improvements, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize app features and user experiences based on user feedback and behavior data.
- Promote best practices: ensure that software development process in the squad is transparent, effective, scalable, secure, well-organized and well-documented.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a mobile development team within a tech-driven company.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile app development processes and technologies in agile environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working with development teams using these frameworks.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, Amplitude, GA.
- Experience in UX/UI design principles and a user-centric mindset to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
- A passion for great team performance and a drive to create exceptional products.
- Experience in fin-tech would be a big advantage.
