Job Title: PR manager
Guavapay is a global payments company on a mission to build a global financial ecosystem that empowers individuals and businesses to have more control over their financial lives.
We introduced MyGuava App and MyGuava Business App with the aim to simplify banking and financial services, making them more accessible and affordable for people around the world.
As Guavapay grows, we seek a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to amplify our digital presence in the fintech industry. In this role, you'll orchestrate our PR strategy, increase brand trust, and cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, working with our dynamic marketing team.
Your mission is to enhance our brandы visibility, engage our audience, and drive external communication, shaping Guavapay's narrative in the thriving digital world.
Work responsibilities:
- Create PR plans and strategies across Fintech industry and digital banking
- Establish relationships with media outlets
- Improve the quality of the company’s voice via different online and offline channels
- Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
- Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
- Help in organize and oversee company events such as fairs, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
- Analyzing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses
- Working with the social media team to create a content calendar
- Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;
- Build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships with key reporters
- Arranges for photography and/or press coverage for special events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for (x) year(s)
- Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns
- Applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
- Experience with diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Required conditions for candidates:
- Proficiency in English C1 - advanced, or Advanced; C2 - perfect, or Proficiency, not lower
- Registration of a work visa by Guavapay
- Relocation London, UK
- Professional experience more than 3 years
