We are a group of companies that includes 3 projects:
Bonds Girl - a chain of beauty studios in Moscow
ITS BEAUTY - a chain of beauty studios in Dubai
BODIFY - is our new women's group training studio in Dubai.
We are actively developing and are currently looking for a new team member for the position of Social media manager (SMM), who will take over social marketing in the Middle East region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's social media in terms of key metrics: reach, engagement, and followers.
- Manage service sales through interactions with the audience on social networks.
- Refine the stylistic approach to account management.
- Assist in formulating hypotheses and participate in their testing.
- Develop a content strategy (what, where, and for whom we publish).
- Assign tasks to content creators and local staff.
- Oversee all aspects of the operation: timing, publication, and reporting.
- Analyze the target audience and create and describe target segments.
Requirements:
Before submitting your resume, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist (we are currently not considering interns or juniors).
- Proficient in writing texts in English, with a minimum level of Advanced (C1). Knowledge of the basics of writing texts, headlines, and editing is required.
- Professional skills in color correction of images.
- Ability to edit short videos.
- A strong visual sense, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Working within KPI frameworks. Understanding that content in SMM is a tool for achieving results.
- Experience and proven cases of successful growth of social networks in B2C and an increase in results in the form of applications/sales. (It is important to see cases in a before/after/personal contribution format).
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals (Market and competitor analysis, Persona method, Sales funnel, Analytics).
- Not satisfied with stopping after "coming up with three ideas and it's fine."
- Possess the ability to listen and understand colleagues and actively participate in company processes.
- Diligent about deadlines.
- Capable of not only copying but also creating concepts for creative content.

- Experience in beauty services.
- Experience working with bloggers.
