• Position: Proposal Manager
• Department: Marketing & Strategy Dept.
• Leader: Xiaoyu (CEO)
• Location: Remote or located in Suzhou, China (preferred, with the company covering relocation expenses).

• Responsibilities

1. Proposal Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to formulate proposal strategies aligned with client needs, ensuring the development and execution of optimal business strategies.
2. Project Management: Manage the overall proposal project, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring, to ensure timely and client-expectation-compliant proposal delivery.
3. Document Writing: Write and edit proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client requirements and company standards.
4. Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, ensuring proposals meet client expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business development, and research teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposals reflect the company's technical and service advantages.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market competition dynamics, provide competitive intelligence, and contribute differentiating and innovative elements to the company's proposals.

• Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, no specific major required.
2. Experience: Over 3 years of proposal management experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, familiarity with the operational processes of contract research organizations.
3. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of producing professional-standard proposal documents.
4. Project Management: Proficient in project management tools, possessing excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Team Collaboration: Able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, work closely with team members, and drive successful project completion.
6. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and CRO industry, familiarity with relevant regulations and market dynamics.
7. Innovative Thinking: Possess the ability to innovate and problem-solve, providing unique value and a competitive edge to proposals.
