The role:
Structurer, based in Moscow
The candidate would be expected to develop solutions and structures for clients with primary focus on asset based finance and leasing transactions. The position involves working with a range of other product areas in particular financing, equities, derivatives, physical operations and trading (physical and credit). The candidate would be expected to liaise confidently with other relevant departments, including finance, legal, tax, risks etc. to minimise any structural risks in the trades.
The Structurer will be involved in negotiation of transactions from early stage and is expected to lead the deal from due diligence/inception to execution/closing. S/he will be assist the head of the team in maintaining a pipeline of asset based finance and leasing transactions, delegating responsibilities where applicable to other team members and optimising the engagement of Structuring in such trades. The role involves hands-on work, team management and interaction with Trading (CLFI, REF, ICPF), Derivatives, Coverage and Sales teams.
В обязанности работника на вакантом месте входит следующее:
- Develop optimal structures for various VTB Leasing Group entities’ transactions in asset based finance
- Assume a leading role in negotiating deal structures with client and internal stakeholders
- Drive and project manage deal approval and execution internally
- Assist in managing pipeline of asset based finance and leasing transactions
- Structure and implement capital optimisation transactions within the Group
- Develop new structured / exotic products/solutions in asset based finance
Требования к работнику следующие: - Extensive practical knowledge of leasing operations and asset based finance
- Deep understanding of legal frameworks, tax, accounting matters is essential
- Ability to develop leasing contracts and financing documentation is vital
- Excellent knowledge of applicable legislation (Russian European and English law)
- Strong team working and management skills
- 5+ years of experience of asset based financing and/or leasing operations
- CFA or ACA/ACCA qualifications are highly desirable
- Industry network to promote VTB business in Russia and internationally (advantage)
- Native Russian
- Fluent English
