Your Mission as a Web Development Team Lead
As our Web Development Team Lead, you're the catalyst in a team of skilled developers. You'll lead by example, blending your top-notch coding skills with effective team management to propel our web platforms to new heights. Your role is critical in harmonizing project execution with our company's ambitious goals.
Technical Skills Required
- You are a full-stack web development Ninja.
- A solid 5+ years in scalable web development.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of talented web developers.
- Mastery in PHP 7/8, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Savvy with PHP frameworks (Symfony/Laravel) and Smarty template engine.
- Familiar with modern JS frameworks (Vue, Next, Node) - a significant plus.
- Experienced with WHMCS.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into coding for 70%+ of your time, and the rest leading and inspiring your team.
- Enhance team capacity and output, focusing on development efficiency.
- Develop a responsive system to tackle ad-hoc requests swiftly.
