Your mission

As our Financial and Internal Controller, you will be a part of the finance team and work with skilled, friendly and dedicated colleagues, whose mission is to structure and analyze financials of our entities in Russia, Belarus and Cyprus.

Your role will be to ensure that financial data flows work properly, information in our corporate ERP system is clear and reliable; local accounting data is accurate and performed according to the local standards by managing local audits. The mission also includes support of our Headquarters requests and projects.

Your responsibilities

• Handle monthly corporate reporting.

• Reconciliation of financial data in our corporate ERP system with the data from local accounting systems.

• Support for annual group closing.

• Coordinate of local audits.

• Constant improving our tools and integrations

• Be ready to participate in different finance team projects and ad hoc requests

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting / audit.

• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of RAS.

• Confident Excel user.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Internal control perimeter would be a plus.

• Expertise in IFRS would be a plus.

• Experienced in integration projects would be a plus.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• A good team player with strong collaborative skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
