Atrium Innovations Rus is an international pharmaceutical company that is part of the Nestle Group of companies, a division of Nestle Health Science.
The missions of both companies – Nestle Health Science and Atrium Innovations Rus –are connected to the healthy lifestyle and improving human health. The goal of the companies is to provide the population with products for rehabilitation therapy in various fields of medicine, as well as effective nutrition and dietary supplements that play a significant role in the daily maintenance of health.
We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team (temporary position during maternity leave of the main employee). Position reports to Director of Finance and covers the following areas:
Controlling:
- Overall control of OPEX and CAPEX
- Control of the correctness of the postings in the system (cost center, cost code)
- Credit control
- Liquidity control
Reporting:
- Monthly management reports preparation, verification, analysis and submission to Hyperion (HFM)
- Monthly business review and flash reports preparation
- Monthly Cost Center reports preparation and variances analysis
- Accruals calculation
- Weekly sales report submission to HQ
- Preparation of ad hoc reports from HQ
Sales Organization support:
- Regional P&Ls preparation for review by regional heads
- Distributors bonuses and discounts verification and finance evaluation
Budget and Forecast:
- Full involvement in Budgeting preparation process, including costs analysis, bridges building up, presentation.
- Financial databases management
- Variances analysis
ERP system development:
- Analysis of ERP system data and reports effectiveness
- ERF system process optimization

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- University degree in Finance

Working experience as the finance analyst for at least 2 years

Fluent English

Advanced work experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Work experience in 1C will be an advantage

RSA and IFRS knowledge will be an advantage
