Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating concepts for new creatives (approximately 20-30 per month)
- Creating persuasive creatives from scratch or based on given specifications.
- Adapting existing creatives for targeted GEOs.
- Continuously developing your skills and keeping abreast of market trends.
- Resizing, making unique, and modifying competitor creatives.
What you'll need for the job:
- A current portfolio featuring creatives in the cryptocurrency and finance themes.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects/Final Cut, and similar tools.
- At least 1 year of experience working with arbitrage or internet advertising.
- Intermediate proficiency in working with basic neural networks (Midjourney, GPT, etc.).
- Ideally, familiarity with "deepfake" technologies and speech synthesis.
- Knowledge of basic trends in the arbitrage vertical.
- Ability to create video creatives from scratch, following references or specifications.
- Understanding of how to engage a target audience.
- Creative vision and knowledge of the basics of persuasive videos.
- Meeting required video output volumes without missing deadlines.
- Willingness to collaborate directly with the buying department to discuss necessary creatives.
- English language proficiency at the B1 level.
