YADRO is a group of Russian technology companies that combines the areas of development and computing platforms, data processing and storage systems, telecommunications and network equipment.
YADRO research and development centers are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Minsk the production site is located in the Moscow region and a full-cycle plant is being built. Now we already have more than 3800 people, and we continue to actively grow and expand the team.
Technical Product Manager for Operation and Maintenance (OAM) area is responsible for managing OAM features over the product life cycle. This includes interpretation of market and customer needs for the respective area and product. Also it will include close collaboration with the R&D teams to translate the work items into R&D deliverables, understand limitations for implementation and team capabilities.
The role is to ensure product competitiveness and customer attractiveness. The Technical Product Manager is to work with internal stakeholders and should proactively manage customer needs and expectations.
As a technical Product Manager you will master the following activities for OAM Telecom features:
- Analyzes customer requirements, market trends, technologies, standards and competitors
- Translates the selected requirements during feature screening into R&D requirements, deliverables and releases. Ensure that the requirements are well understood and are implementable and testable by R&D teams
- Feature life cycle management of OAM related features
- Close cooperation and alignment with relevant internal stakeholder’s e.g. System architects, R&D teams, Test teams
- Responsibility for understanding and definition of customer use cases
- Drives products/features through all required product management milestones
- Takes care that feature screening is executed according to planned schedule
- Provides support to RFIs, RFPs and customer workshops (based on need)
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge on Telecom and especially OAM area (Configuration, Alarm and Fault, Performance, SW management)
- Prior experience as Product Manager, System Architect, Network Engineer, SW Engineer
- Know how in one the following areas: LTE or 5G, 3GPP
- Good interpersonal and networking capabilities & skills
- Working autonomously in own subject area
- Decision making and prioritizing own work
- Good communication skills (inside organization as well as in front of partners & customers)
- Proficiency in English language at a level sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation
