We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our company as the Product Owner (Head of Product) for our Mobile Apps. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the financial products, online trading platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and guide the development process.

As a Product Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile app products and ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our mobile applications, aligning with the company's overall goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, emphasizing data-driven insights.
• User Behavior Analytics: Implement and oversee user behavior tracking tools and analytics platforms to gain deep insights into user interactions with our mobile apps. Conduct usability testing, user acceptance testing, and gather user feedback to validate and refine product features and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize user behavior data to make informed decisions on new features, enhancements, and improvements, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
• A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize app features and user experiences based on user feedback and behavior data.
• User Persona Development: Create and maintain user personas based on data analysis, ensuring that product decisions align with user needs and preferences.
• Backlog Management: Manage a well-structured product backlog, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and coordinate all cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure on-time delivery of app features. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on value, user impact, and business goals, considering technical feasibility and time-to-market.
• KPI Management: Take full responsibility for defining, monitoring, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the app's success.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaboration with Business Units: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and support product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner (or Head of Product) or similar role in a fintech or tech-driven company.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles and a user-centric mindset to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and driving product innovation in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working with development teams using these frameworks
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A passion for the financial technology industry and a drive to create exceptional products.
