Contract Manager

ABP Publishing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal compliance and integrity of our contractual agreements. You will collaborate with various functional departments, negotiate contracts, and manage contract databases to support our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all relevant contracts for compliance with intellectual property law requirements.
- Ensuring contract compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Drafting, revising, and approving a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to nondisclosure agreements, licensing and sales agreements, commercial, distribution, and public agreements.
- Negotiating with counterparties on intellectual property-related matters.
- Serving as the primary contact point between parties in contractual matters.
- Providing redlined contract recommendations.
- Monitoring contract compliance with established procedures.
- Ensuring each contract is signed and delivered to all parties.
- Maintaining databases on the main parameters of contracts and keeping them up to date.
- Ensuring all contract documentation is current, including extensions of contract terms.
- Participating in the resolution of legal disputes in the pre-trial claim procedure.
Requirements:
MUST Have:
- Degree in law or a related field is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
- Fluency in Russian AND English.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and maintaining contract databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of contract-related information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential legal issues within contracts and agreements.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable contract terms while maintaining positive relationships with counterparties
