We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for a company that supplies industrial equipment to the largest mining companies in the CIS and Africa
Location: UAE, Dubai
We will compensate for the relocation of the entire family.
Responsibilities:
- search for manufacturers of industrial equipment or rolled metal in all regions of the world to supply goods and services to the African region;
- negotiate for the best purchasing conditions (unit cost, lead time, payment terms) with selected vendors;
- search for the optimal delivery option, organization of logistics, support for the movement of goods and materials from the manufacturer to the customer;
- full transaction support at all stages of delivery from the search for a manufacturer to delivery to the Customer;
- correct execution of documents required for export / import;
- conduct market research to identify new trends, products, and suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency.
- business trips to enterprises, including African countries.
Requirements:
- completed higher education (full-time education);
- Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English (speaking, writing), fluency Russian, French as an advantage;
- experience of at least 3-5 years as a Purchase/Procurement/ Sales Specialist;
- experience of working with foreign manufacturers;
- experienced in negotiating at the top management level and using different negotiation strategies;
- readiness for occasional business trips;????

Conditions:
- salary: 4 500$ (net) + motivating bonus;
- full employment, work schedule Monday-Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 local time;
- official employment under the laws of the UAE;
- registration of medical insurance, work visa at the expense of the employer;
- payment of rent and 2 flights to the place of permanent residence at the expense of the employer.
