Our company
We are an engineering company specializing in the development of various software, as well as the development and testing of intralogistics complexes.
Our company is included in the Register of Accredited IT Companies of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
Our employees are involved in work under outsourcing and outstaffing contracts. Currently, the Company has a reliable income from Russian and foreign key clients. New projects of partner companies require staff expansion.

Job location: on-site in GULF region (we offer relocation package)
Responsibilities

Establish and execute IT policies and best IT practices.

Oversee the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and infrastructure.

Lead the IT team and manage their performance and development.

Develop and manage the IT budget, making cost-effective decisions and optimizing technology spending.
Your profile

5 years of relevant experience in IT management
-
Proven experience in IT budgeting and planning
-
Understanding of security protocols and technologies
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Excellent leadership and people management skills
-
Ability to develop and implement IT strategies
