• Review and preparation of shipping documents for international movements of goods from/to China, from/to Russia, finalization of shipping documents (packing list, invoice) per requirements of consignee, collection of additional documents and information for customs purposes, etc.
• Evaluation of the shipments for proper EoR, IoR, calculation for customs value of the shipments, check exportability of materials.
• E2E coordination of international shipments, including coordination of actions of shippers, consignees, expeditors, freight-forwarders, customs brokers, etc.
• Development and implementation of controls and reporting for the goods under special customs procedures, including free issued/toll materials in China (bonder warehousing, processing), full control for in- and out- operations.
• Development of internal customs procedures and instructions.
• Timely customs statistical reporting for the movements of goods within EAEU.
• Cross-functional support, including on-call support to cost-control, tax, finance departments.
• Reporting to the Customer on customs related matters.

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in international transportation and customs.
• Comprehensive understanding of customs regulations for EAEU and Russia, including the most relevant restrictions for export from Russia (Government Decrees 311, 312, 313).
• Practical experience with special customs procedures, preferably in Russia and China.
• Practical experience with shipments to/from China – from customs perspective.
• Practical experience with customs reporting for the movements of goods within EAEU.
• Good understanding of legal language and legal documents, ability to read complex legal. documents, review and write official letters, logistics and customs related contracts.
• Proficient user of Excel.
• Good English (verbal, written), including basic skills in technical translation EN-RU-EN
• Attention to details.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience with complex Oil&Gas international Projects from customs or logistics perspective will be considered a plus.
• Higher education in area of logistics, international trade or customs.
• Practical experience with Processing Trade procedure in China.
• Practical experience with Free Warehousing procedure in Russia (Import 77).
• Experience in development of IT tools for customs and logistics reporting (preparation of requirements specification).

• Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance.
• 5/2 working week.
