Job Description
Cointelegraph Consulting was launched in 2019 as a strategic consulting group serving enterprises, investment companies, blockchain technology providers and start-ups. We provide technical and strategic consulting, bespoke research, and distribution services with a goal to drive wider adoption of digital assets and enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
We have a worldwide consulting team across Hong Kong, London, Tbilisi and Tel Aviv with rich experience across top management consultancy, financial institutions, Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, developers and blockchain veterans.
We are looking for a highly-dedicated Investor Relations Manager to join our Accelerator team. The primary role of this position is to lead and manage the relationships with our network of investors and to connect our portfolio startups with the right investors.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors for the Cointelegraph Accelerator and foster positive relationships with them;
- Identify the needs and preferences of investors and match them with the appropriate startups from our portfolio;
- Provide guidance and strategies for fundraising and investor outreach to portfolio startups;
- Organize and lead events and meetups to engage with our investors and increase their involvement with Cointelegraph Accelerator;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and investment strategies within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or startup fundraising, including at least one year in Web3;
- An existing network of investors within the blockchain, Web3, or tech startup ecosystem;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors at all levels;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Proficiency in the fundraising process, understanding of main startup business models;
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem is a plus.
