Dodo pizza is the fastest growing pizza chain in the world, the market leader in Russia and Kazakhstan which has 900+ pizzerias in 17 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
We’re not just launching pizzas. Technology goes through every process: we have digitised every process and made our business smart, so we can grow quickly while maintaining high quality.
Dubai is a new priority for the development of Dodo pizza (an international start-up within the large company). We have already launched one pizzeria. We are about to open our flagship pizzeria and we are not going to stop.
On December 1, we are launching our flagship Dodo Kids Academy pizzeria. This is a brand new format of pizzeria with pizza making workshops for kids over 3 years old. We are now looking for a Dodo Kids Marketer who will help us create and implement a marketing strategy to attract customers for children's workshops at our pizzeria in Dubai.
What you will be doing:
- Establishing and expanding the unique brand universe of Dodo Kids Experience in Dubai;
- Assisting in the development of a children's menu: identifying niches, initiating product research, delving deep into analytics, managing pricing, and overseeing the entire product launch process;
- Conducting market and competitor analysis;
- Developing media plans to generate interest in workshops using effective marketing tools;
- Formulating and implementing communication and media strategies;
- Contributing to content creation across various platforms.
We expect that you:
- Can think strategically and see the big picture;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing role;
- Can seek unconventional solutions within a limited resource framework;
- Are not afraid of hands-on work, and system tasks do not intimidate you;
- Possess critical thinking skills and proficiency in data analysis;
- Want to be expert in your own area and make independent strategic decisions;
- Are comfortable with promptly receiving and providing effective feedback;
- Are fluent in English.
