We are seeking an experienced and motivated analyst who will complement our expanding team and support senior bankers in both origination and execution of Unicorn core business transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research, gather and analyze market info: key drivers, players, trends, potential targets;
- Carry out target companies' financial analysis: historic results and projections;
- Prepare investment materials: teaser, info memo, financial models;
- Participate in deal structuring: NBO, MOU / TS;
- Coordination data room preparation and due diligence process, including regular interaction with the clients, investors, and due diligence teams;
- Support senior bankers in day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
- Top-tier university graduate;
- Over one year of experience in Big-4 Business Valuation department, Investment Banking, M&A advisory or Private equity;
- Excellent corporate finance skills of and extensive presentations building experience;
- Experience in all stages of a transaction from origination to execution is an advantage;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Curiosity, out-of-box thinking, openness, neatness and punctuality.
