Our client is an emerging FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company dedicated to enhancing everyday wellness through innovative products. Responsibilities
Lead the continuous process of Integrated Risk Assessment initiatives, encompassing yearly risk evaluations within the market
Establish a robust protocol for identifying, evaluating, tracking, and suggesting effective countermeasures for pivotal market risks
Execute the Integrated Risk Assessment strategy promptly within the market, fostering seamless collaboration with the global Risk and Control division
Assist the Regional Head in formulating the regional briefing for the pre-close assembly, outlining shifts in the risk panorama and introduction of nascent threats
Cultivate a risk-aware atmosphere within the organization by consistent interaction with stakeholders, and dissemination of updates regarding the evolving risk panorama and associated strategies
Innovate financial reporting controls for advisory projects, and communicate them to the team for implementation
Regularly conduct performance evaluations and gauge the capabilities of team members to ensure optimal functioning
Requirements
10+ years of experience in (Enterprise) Risk Management, Internal Controls, GRC, Audit, Accounting, Finance
Relevant experience in ‘Big Four’ and/or other public accounting/audit/consulting
Relevant experience in FMCG and B2C
Fluent English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
