P&G is looking for a Finance System Support Specialist in the Russian Accounting Service Center at P&G Novomoskovsk Plant. You will coordinate various Finance processes, leveraging local and global platforms, develop new applications, and perform other technical tasks.

Responsibilities

Own financial system issues from a technical side, do initial troubleshooting as regional 1st-level support

Work with end-users to validate incidents/problems and investigate whether it is an application, business process, or training issue

Contribute to or lead Finance system projects as a technical professional
-
Participate in projects as a system tester, single point of contact, or consultant, depending on your experience and business needs

Perform other tasks in the Control & Compliance areas

Job Qualifications

Higher education diploma
-
IT/Accounting/Finance university degree is desirable

Problem-solving and investigative skills
-
Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

A "can-do" attitude and experience in project management

Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
Nice to Have/Optional

Basic knowledge of Finance
-
Experience with SAP modules
-
Experience with SQL/Python/VBA programming
