??????We are looking for the specialist who will become a part of the Yield Management team.
What you will do as a Yield Optimization Manager:
- Make recommendations and provide business insights to increase revenue
- Work on challenging yield optimization tasks
- Support the business team in key meetings with Clients
- Monitor and control of performance indicators
- Cross-team cooperation to provide best results and grow Client’s business
Who do we need?
A specialist who:
- Works on publisher side OR in Yield optimization company with strong programmatic expertise
- Responsible for evaluation of configuration and performance of programmatic yield stack across all partners, platforms and selling tactics
- Provides deep and meaningful understanding of internal business trends, and optimize yield through pricing strategy adjustments
- Works with DFP intensively
- Responsible for monetization strategy
- Collaborate closely with the biggest demand partners, and understands pros/cons each of it
Applying to the position of a Yield Optimization Manager:
- you are aware of the latest ad tech news on the market
- you understand how supply and demand sides work
- you have a strong desire to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
Skills required:
- Strong analytic and interpretive skills
- Familiarity with ad-serving technologies
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design
- Firm grasp of key ad metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter curiosity and a drive toward efficiency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- The knowledge of the optimization approaches to video / in-app will be an advantage.
- Fluent English
