About the role:
The International School of Moscow is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager / School Uniform and Services Manager. We offer a unique opportunity to join our international team, dedicated to finest educational services in the Russian market among international programs.
Reporting to: Deputy Head of Finance
Responsibilities:

Handling sales of school uniforms through both offline and online channels, including cash and card transactions.

Overseeing stock supplies and ensuring proper control.

Conducting regular inventory counts.
-
Managing the online store operations.
-
Issuing and following up on invoices for additional services.

Tracking payment transactions.
-
Compiling necessary documentation for refunds related to additional services.

Preparing daily and monthly reports, such as cash registers and accounts receivable.

Engaging in regular email communication with parents.
-
Assisting the Head of Finance and Deputy Head of Finance with various tasks.
Requirements:
-
A higher education degree, preferably in finance.
-
Fluent in both Russian and English.
-
A customer-oriented mindset.
-
Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
-
Prior experience in customer service.
-
Capacity to work under tight deadlines.
-
Previous cashier experience or experience in clothing sales experience will be advantageous.
