Talent Manager
The vacancy is open in a large industrial company, which is the successor of a leading international corporation’s Russian business. Location – Moscow. The company is ready to offer relocation support.

Objectives
-
Overseeing the entire Talent Management cycle, from Talent Acquisition to Development and Succession Planning, to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve strategic objectives.

Leading the Talent Acquisition function, including Employer Branding, University Relations, Recruitment, and Onboarding, to establish efficient and effective processes for attracting and hiring top talent.

Developing and implementing Talent Management strategies, including Learning & Development, Competency Management & Assessment, and Succession Planning, to support employee and organizational growth.

Driving automation projects, process improvements, and procedure development initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in Talent Management processes, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches.

Managing a geographically dispersed team of direct and functional reports.
Expectations

Higher education.

10+ years of HR expertise, involving key roles in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at large renowned companies.

Proven track record of successfully leading projects for process and procedure development, showcasing your ability to drive positive change through effective implementation.

Excellent command of English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
-
Dynamic and proactive mindset, coupled with developed leadership and exceptional communication skills.
