HeadHunter (NASDAQ: HHR) is looking for a high-performing candidate with a genuine passion for developing new products in HRTech, EdTech and on adjacent areas. The Product Manager will work on discovery phase – from ideation, through hypothesis validation to MVP/MLP building. The successful candidate should have good business acumen, high level of tolerance for uncertainty and eager to run full cycle of hypothesis testing several times a year.
Essential responsibilities:
The only goal is to test as many as possible product hypotheses a year. We are targeting both ideas of new standalone products and radically new features for existing job board. Future team member would:
- Conduct tones of expert, cusdev, jtbd interviews to validate problem hypothesis and make market research to validate scale of opportunity
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business model
- Formulate most important/most risky hypothesis to test. Scope MVP
- Formulate and prioritize backlog for dev team. Set tasks for dev team and monitoring their implementation (from discovery to delivery of product features)
- Collaborate with other product teams and colleagues from finance, legal, security, marketing, sales departments to make experiment efficient and smooth
- Iterate and have fun
- Summarize and present results of experiment (What we have learned? Should we continue develop this product with more resources?)
Education / Experience / Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product role tech company or startup
- Good business acumen
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, strong intellectual curiosity
- Ability to quickly structure mass amount of information and communicate complex ideas
