The mission:
In a fast growing and competitive environment, the leader that we are looking for has the mission to double the revenue from the internet store in the next 1-2 years. The profile should combine skills and ambition, being driven and motivated by new technology development and aggressive sales target. The company is ready to provide the necessary resources to achieve this goal.
The Role:
- Managing all processes of the online store - functionality, promotion, traffic acquisition, conversion, ease of transaction, and delivery to the end customer.
- Auditing existing processes and establishing, monitoring, and improving the operations of the Internet store to increase sales volume and market share.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring their achievement, including sales targets, average order value, order processing times, conversion rates, etc.
- Developing and optimizing business processes across all e-commerce aspects - website functionality, including customer services, expanding the customer base, customer management (including handling complaints), and improving the last mile of delivery.
- Implementing new technologies and mechanisms to enhance customer loyalty and provide the best service for the Internet store's clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing the target audience and exploring new channels to attract the target audience.
- Implementing best practices and e-commerce technologies, mastering sales methodologies through online platforms.
- Developing and implementing business processes and regulations.
- Managing and developing the team.
- Efficiently managing the budget.
The Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in an Internet store.
- Knowledge of sales techniques through e-commerce channels.
- Proficiency in modern CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Internet marketing in e-commerce.
- Higher education degree. • Leadership qualities and well-developed communication skills, result-oriented, systematic approach.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry would be an advantage.
- English (ability to read)
