We are looking for a Talent Manager for our Eastern Europe geography with an exciting scope to cover, partnering with HRDs & HRBPS according to Global Talent activation principles and priorities to execute with excellence talent priorities such as
- Talent management: We will improve the health of our critical & core role succession plans by raising the bar for Talent Management to ensure we attract, develop and retain, diverse talent.
- Adopt Talent management global processes for the region and leverage it to accelerate the development of our employees to accelerate career growth and business performance
- Facilitate Talent Review process to identify talent gaps with a view to implementing gap closing strategies and follow up / tracking of key talent.
- Ensure BU critical roles are occupied by High potential talent and have implementable succession plans.
- Facilitate Top Talent Development for relevant business unit in line with regional / global agenda.
- Identification of BU and Regional talent pools and ensure participation in relevant development programmes.
- Engage region leadership to ensure action on talent metrics such as succession health and gender representation
- L&D : Give our people the development they need leveraging Workday learning and digital tools, targeted top talent programs and excellent leadership development
- Identify current BU learning and development needs of the organization across levels, together with the senior management & HRBPs to establish/support programs to address those needs
- Partner with HRBPs to develop BU annual integrated learning and development plans to include online/blended/in person learning with clear in business activation / engagement plans.
- Customise global / regional learning modules / materials where appropriate to create programs and learning experiences most relevant to the local business.
- Ensure delivery/ facilitation of agreed WorkDay learning programmes to support business unit goals.
- Work closely with HRBPs to ensure effective deployment and activation of learning priorities, promote Global learning & development tools in your organisation such as Workday learning , Gigs/talent marketplace and career development tools.
- EI&D : Invest in inclusive leadership, so all our people feel safe to be their best, authentic selves and achieve their full potential
- Integrate Equity, Inclusion & Diversity in all talent processes and career development
- Support global EI&D pillars and initiatives in partnership with HRBPs such as training and events for your region
- Understand your region needs and gaps and implement related plans and events in partnership with the business and the HR team for your BU
- Build our Culture as a competitive advantage by promoting tools and processes that elevate our Culture Compass to better serve our consumers with high performing, agile teams .
- Champion Performance & Development processes e.g. Objective setting, coaching & Feedback, mid year reviews, final year reviews, Calibration session .
- Support Global People & Culture HR transformation by embracing new ways of working and alignment with leadership teams.
- Support BU leadership with My Voice engagement survey ensuring business accountability on agile and active action taking
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent English (Advanced)
- 5 years’ experience desired in the business with leadership experience or in HR with L&D or Talent management experience
- L&D expertise would be greatly appreciated
