Our client, an Indian company - one of the major skin care and health care FMCG companies in India providing natural skin care and healthcare products, has an opening for Finance Manager in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
- Cash flow management; cost control; MIS reporting; IFRS accounting.
- Management accounting Region/City/Brand.
- Close working with marketing department (control of activities as per budget, reporting development for control of expenses of field force); with supply chain department
- Close working with sales department (credit limits control & approvals, new Customers approvals, bonus schemes approvals; pharmacy chains investments control and etc.).
- Budgeting and Budgeting control
- Implementation of models of transfer pricing.
- Establishment of effective interaction with bookkeeping department
- Regular evaluation of ERP performance/capability to match business challenges and continuous optimization
- Development of document management, pricing policies, commercial policies
- Currency control and Management
- Cost control
- Cash flow management
- Development and implementation of reporting structures to Headquarters
- Management support in decision making of strategic investments
- Development of internal guidelines (financial, tax, HR, operational and other)
- Control over timely delivery, correctness and completeness of transfer pricing reporting to Russian tax authorities
- Participating in development and implementation of internal audit system
Requirements:
- Strong finance knowledge, proactive, flexible thinking, business oriented and involvement with expansion of organization
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting or comparable studies with ACCA (F-level) qualification
- Fluent English in oral and written
- Key user in 1C: 8.X (trade, corporate);
- At least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant in an international environment
- Ability to work in a multitasks environment with constantly changing variables
- Proven experience of tax, labor inspections verifications and audit in Big 4
- Experienced as a teamlead
- Experience in developing and creating guidelines
