Skipp is an innovative IT product development service with a unique project management methodology that allows us to scale development processes across hundreds of remote independent teams. Now both large banks and small startups work with us.- At least 2 years of experience in commercial product development in a similar position;
- You are ready to work actively and can organize the development process on the most complex and intricate tasks;
- You are autonomous, independent and able to systematize the world around you. If it's chaos all around you, you like to put everything in its place;
- You are comfortable working in a flexible environment: if the process has changed, it's easy to change your work to fit it;
- You understand how IT development works: how a website and a mobile application are arranged, what stages are passed from idea to finished product;
- You are ready to work as a self-employed;
- You have excellent speaking English skills(С1-С2 level)

Tasks:
- Manage up to 5 projects simultaneously
- Conduct meetings with the customer to approve the list of required features, working through the backlog;
- Conduct scrum activities with the teams (planning, daily, demo);
- Control the developers' discipline (whether the time is being tracked, what is the progress on each task);
- Work in the internal CRM system
