The companies of our group have been launched and are successfully operating in 8 countries of the world (Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain, Croatia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India). We are constantly expanding the geography of our presence, entering new markets, setting new ambitious goals for ourselves.

At the moment we are looking for a Head of IFRS reporting to join the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead of financial reporting process, including monthly management accounts and quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements;

• Support month-end activities (fast closing of each reporting period);

• Management accounts preparation in accordance with intercompany standards;

• Intercompany accounts reconciliation within the Group;

• Working with other departments, such as Financial Controlling and local financial departments, in aspects affecting reporting preparation process;

• New IFRS standards implementation and analysis of their impact on the Group financial statements;

• Tax compliance analysis for all Group tax jurisdictions ;

• Participating and coordinating external audit of IFRS statements.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in Big4;

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analysis;

• Ability to work under limited supervision, plan and organize the work independently;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Leadership experience, responsibility;

• Solid MS Excel skills (total comfort with pivot tables);

• Experience working with data-set analysis;

• Fluent English.

Preferred qualifications:

• CIMA, ACCA, CFA, DipIFR;

• Understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, collection functions;

• Experience in cooperation with other business functions (IT, Operations, Sales, Risk).
