We are Quadcode, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients around the world

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as the Head of Procurement.

As the Head of Procurement, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our IT fintech company.

Tasks in the role

• develop and implement strategic procurement policies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives;

• manage two teams: one with a focus on IT and the other dedicated to handling ongoing purchases;
• identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and service level agreements;
• collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs;
• monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
• conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and manage vendor performance to drive continuous improvement;
• develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost optimization;
• ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including risk management and ethical sourcing practices.

Requirements

• Both English and Russian fluency.

• proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in the IT or fintech industry;
• strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others;
• analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement;
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
