We are looking for a Product Manager to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. Product Manager in this role will work on our very new product - a new business unit that redefines debt collection through a tech-enabled platform and consumer-friendly experience setting a new standard in recovery rates and customer retention. You'll be working with a very senior cross-functional team, in a tight collaboration with Engineering, Growth, and Risk teams.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and finding product market fit
- Creating product roadmap
- Prioritizing product features
- Managing product backlog
- Defining product metrics and goals
- Launching product
You should apply if you have
- 5+ years of experience as Product Manager
- Fluent English
- Experienced in decision-making, solving problems, and leading delivery of projects to clients
- Collection and banking experience or understanding would be a bonus point
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems, communication skills for overseeing and working with a multicultural team

Relocation
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia.
We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia, the taxes are compensated by Tabby.
For our employees, we cover the following:

Flight to Armenia/Georgia.

Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.

Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.

Family relocation (dependants).
New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
