Работодатель может предложить примерно следующую оплату труда: от 180000 до 180000 руб. на вакантной должности "Buyer (Wathab purchaser)".

Wathab purchaser manages procurement for technical products including mechanical, electrical and heavy equipment, tools, building and water supply materials etcetera, in accordance with ICRC rules and regulations.

Function description:

• Sources, assesses, and evaluates suppliers and updates supplier master data.
• Follows up on the supply process from quotes/tenders and supplier selection to delivery, including preparing and submitting selection tables, negotiating with suppliers and establish contracts with suppliers.
• Ensures that related information is made available in the local database or filing system (product specifications, delivery, payment terms, penalties, contracts, etc.).
• Updates supplier performance indicators.
• Takes part in collaborative planning with other ICRC staff.
• Analyses the procurement portfolio and initiates mid/long-term agreements for recurring purchases; suggests manufacturers from the region for the ICRC's worldwide annual tenders.
• Supports the Supply-Chain Planners in deciding stock levels based on suppliers' delivery lead times.
• Implements the ICRC's purchasing strategy/standards for each product family in coordination with the Country Procurement Manager / Lead Buyer.
• Maintains the material resource planning (MRP) parameters for item settings in ERP for their site or product family.
• Develops and maintains a network of procurement-related contacts. Participates in fairs and exhibitions.
• Implements the ICRC's strategic orientations for purchasing by translating them into operational planning and activities, with an emphasis on quality, social and environmental (QSE) requirements, under the supervision of Country Procurement Manager / Lead Buyer.
• Ensures that risks are mitigated by performing the controls assigned to his/her role.
• Maintain Relationships internally with the logistics, technical staff, global buying team, as well as externally with professional network of contacts in the region, e.g. suppliers and other companies.

Required skills:

• Degree in procurement or supply-chain management, business administration management.
• University degree in civil, electromechanical or mechanical engineering is an asset.
• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Russian is a native speaker language.
• Good command of English (French is an asset).
• 6 years' experience in a technical field, including three years in procurement.
• Good understanding of humanitarian works and public procurement process.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and teamwork skills.
• Accuracy.

Terms and conditions:

• Open-ended contract.
• Place of assignment: Moscow, metro Prospect Mira.
• Monthly salary 180’000 RUB before taxes, 13th salary, medical insurance.
