Scope
Full legal support to the activity of Russian entities of the AL Group, including:
-
Participation in contract negotiation with mid-size and large clients, as well as vendors in close cooperation with BD, sales, procurement and operations teams and ensuring proper protection of the Groups interests and investment;

Legal support to business lines in developing, structuring and conducting risk analysis of new projects;
-
Assistance to shared functions (HR, Finance, HSE etc ) in their day-to-day activity including compliance with regulations on personal data in coordination with the HR and IT team;
-
Responsibility for Compliance scope (checking and evaluating prospective customers/suppliers for the company, handling compliance cases and keeping compliance data, delivering compliance trainings etc)

Facilitating compulsory and ad-hoc trainings to employees on legal matters;

Leading claims and court disputes.

Strong team player with the ability to lead and influence;

High ethics standards;

Clear thinking with the ability to present information concisely both in Russian and in English;

Ability to work autonomously and search for information from different sources.
Requirements
-
Experience 5+ years as an inhouse lawyer with an international company (preferrably B2B) or as a consultant in a law firm with multinational environment / Big4;
-
Understanding of production- and construction-related legal specifics, including licensing, self-regulating organizations, hazardous industrial facilities, etc. will be an advantage;

Experience in Compliance

Upper Intermediate English is a must.
