About the role:
The LX Designer will collaborate with a product manager, a content lead, product researcher, and SMEs to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate effective self-paced and facilitator-led training programs which help people reskill for a new profession. The range of professions depends on the country and also is under NDA. To put it loosely: we are going to work with digital professions: from digital marketing to coding. If you have experience with creating programs educating for digital professions, consider this a match
How to understand that you are a great “fit” for Refocus:
— You have at least 2 years of work experience in either instructional design or learning experience design. Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: teaching, facilitating, training delivery, content creation, e-learning development.
- Understanding of all stages of instructional design processes (e.g., ADDIE, SAM...)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Knowledge in systems and tools used in the development of online training content
- Demonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Technology literate, can easily work with new software
- Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
