Student Support / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of the system records to ensure integrity of data, including input of financial information and storing of data in electronic archives;
- Responsible for providing regular update and maintenance of internal database for the Company’s buyer portfolio;
- Providing and processing information, material and documents on request and liaising with information vendors;
- Execution of administrative tasks according to defined guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
Please be aware that every requirement is a MUST!!
- Student from a relevant faculty/specialization (Accounting, Finance, Economics);
- Knowledge and understanding of financial terms incl. ability to read / understand financial statements;
- Strong attention to details;
- Good verbal and written proficiency in English;
- Computer literacy at a high level;
- Ability to work in a team and provide overall support to direct colleagues.
- Student of 2-3 year in university
Conditions:
- Terms: FULL-TIME is preferable, but we can agree to a PART-TIME also (50%)
- Office: m.Kurskaya/Chkalovskaya
