We audit financial statements, provide performance improvement and risk management services, help deal with tax and legal issues, provide transaction services and advise on business restructuring and raising financing. What we do
Our Compliance Management Services and Outsourcing Group helps companies operating in Russia effectively deal with their business and tax accounting. We manage preparation of all necessary financial statements and tax records in accordance with national rules, help clients resolve arising business and tax accounting issues and deal with authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting support and outsourcing of accounting function for Kept clients
- Tax structuring and tax advisory for foreign multinationals operating in Russia, including complex support of foreign business at the stage of set-up
- Development of cost allocation for Russian and foreign companies
- Structuring of tax and accounting function, optimization of internal business processes
- Ad-hoc advisory on various tax and accounting matters
To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Graduated higher education
- Excellent understanding and knowledge in taxation and accounting (awareness of concept of thin cap rules, TP legislation, withholding taxes, types of accounting standards, FS, primary documents, etc.)
- English –intermediate for making reports, Russian is a must
- Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines
