IT Infrastructure Specialist for international automotive company:
Main responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure related :
- Maintaining local infrastructure – clients, servers, system and tape storages, network (network (firewalls, VPN)) and IP telephony;
- Responsible for installing, configurating and maintaining applications with IT infrastructure (changing or updated);
- Providing user support (1st and 2nd level);
- Administration and support of Microsoft solutions (Windows Server 2012R2/2016) - Hyper-V, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, File Server, SQL Server 2014/2016, Exchange Server 2013, SharePoint Server 2013, Mac OS X and standard office applications);
- Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate software systems;
- Conduct long range strategic plans of IT infrastructure plus operational aspects of application execution within infrastructure.
- IT Software / Business process related :
- 1C user support (1st and 2nd lines) in coordination with external suppliers;
- Deploy and/or support new tools or solutions as needed for business;
- Performs business analysis of systems/processes and keep it up-to-date through the full development life cycle.
Main requirements:
- Higher education (IT or Business administration degree);
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of working in the appropriate business process with a good understanding of the business and systems concepts - experienced in business process analysis, standardization and optimization;
- Working experience with ERP systems - 1C;
- Good knowledge of concepts and best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office products;
- IT facility procurement & administration experience;
- Fluent in English language;
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP;
- Experience with any server environment;
- ISO14001 & the related audit;
- Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation & Russian data protection law;
- Knowledge of IT security.
