Job Description: Flight Expert Position in Luxury Travel Industry
We are seeking skilled and motivated engineering professionals with a passion for luxury travel. In this role, you will create custom international flight itineraries for clients, supporting our sales team in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

Develop tailor-made itineraries using 3rd party search tools, based on client and sales specifications.

Coordinate with sales agents to refine itineraries, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

Liaise with airlines for availability, optimal routes, and pricing, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
-
Create and maintain client reservation profiles, tracking flight requests and follow-ups to confirm sales.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Hospitality and Tourism, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in computer software (gMail, Google Docs & Calendars, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Advanced knowledge of geography and airline reservation systems (Worldspan, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo) highly desired
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level are required.

Prior experience in the travel industry, specifically airfare booking, is a must-have requirement for this position.
