YET Academy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to effectively manage the development of several IT products in the field of education and marketing. Among the immediate tasks are the development of a programmatic DSP-platform, an application for practicing spoken English, as well as the development of other educational products.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the development process, including prioritizing functionality, managing iterations and testing;
- Develop technical specifications for programmers and ensure their execution by the development team;
- Conduct marketing research and market analysis;
- Conduct a detailed analysis of competitors on a variety of business and product parameters;
- Find the best solutions in the market, analyze them, and implement them in our ecosystem;
- Conduct problem interviews (CustDev) in English and Russian;
- Identify audience segments, develop and test MVPs;
- Interact with other departments of the company, including development, marketing, sales, and technical support;
- Test hypotheses thoroughly, formulate questions correctly, and find answers to them.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of product work experience;
- Knows Agile methodologies and has experience working with project management tools (Trello, Notion, etc.);
- Has practical experience in Product Design. Understands very well what “кровь из глаз” mean )). Looks at the product through the eyes of the user, strives to create modern, easy-to-use, intuitive UX/UI solutions;
- Knows how to work with product metrics, conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make decisions based on them;
- Friendly, communicative, able to communicate easily with software development teams, designers, and marketers;
- Will be even more ideal if already has applied experience working with SaaS products, as well as experience in educational project development;
- Possesses an advanced level of English proficiency.
