We are a consulting company established in Russia by ex–McKinsey partners. We are currently looking for an Accountant to provide support to our Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely collect and analyze timesheet data
• Create budget plans for projects
• Analyze AR/AP aging and collection
• Back up the process of expense reimbursement to employees
• Operate 1C to upload data and improve the efficiency of its processing and generation
• Prepare data and provide comments for financial reporting
• Ensure timely response to internal user requests and provide financial information for decision making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controlling
• Perform other requests from management within the scope of the role

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (management accounting, Big 4 audit, business analytics/controlling/budgeting)
• Experience in expense control
• Understanding of IFRS, experience in accounting
• Ability to deal with large statistical information sets
• Excel skills – Upper-intermediate (pivots, complex formulas)
• Database skills (Power Query, SQL) would be considered an advantage
• Proactive problem solver
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate within a team, yet work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• English – Upper-intermediate
