The Opportunity
This position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD division.
As the Sales Training manager CIS, you’ll have the chance to develop training and development strategy for sales team in the CIS region and contribute to the development of people in the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Coordination of training and development strategy in the region with country/business leaders
• Determining priorities in the training of Field Force employees and finding the necessary L&D solutions for the purpose of professional development of the company's employees in a remote and classroom format
• Participation in the development and implementation of the training system for Field Force employees of all levels, the priority is the development of regional managers
• Introduction of new, modern development tools, constant search for optimal solutions and tools for effective training and development of employees
• Organization and conduct of a cycle of classroom and distance trainings, post-training support tools from induction to trainings of experienced employees
• Preparation and conducting of employee evaluation and development centers, including the development of cases, role-plays for evaluation and training events, participation as a role player/observer
• Development of educational materials (presentations, handouts, other materials) for trainings and other educational programs
• Development, organization and implementation of measures to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Field support of employees, update of standards and approaches, priority – development of regional managers
• Organization and development of distance learning, preparation of educational materials for electronic educational courses
• Creation of interactive training courses, simulator courses, dialogue simulators, video courses, tests, instructions
• Organization of filming of educational video courses with the involvement of internal experts, video editing, placement of courses on the LMS platform
Requirements:
• Higher Education
• Experience as a Trainer or Regional Manager
• Experience in building a training system, developing and conducting trainings is desirable
• Experience in creating online courses, video lessons, dialogue simulators is desirable
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of e-learning trends and best practices
• Project management skills, communication skills at a high level, initiative and proactive
• Knowledge of how L&D tools affect business results
• Proficiency in English at the intermediate or above average level
• Ready to work in the field 50% of the time
