Tabby creates financial products designed to inspire and create financial freedom. In a few years, retail checkout will look vastly different and we want you to be part of that change.
As a Product Designer at Tabby, you will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch, using your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills. You'll have a strong focus on user research and bring this insight into your design work.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced designer to join the Product Design team, B2B Department. You will work alongside a team of product managers, designers and developers to improve and create new features for our Merchant Platform, Back Office and other tools. You will have the following responsibilities:

Conduct user research and apply a variety of testing techniques to gather feedback on new ideas and features.

Design key experiences, interactions, and features in collaboration with our PMs and developers.

Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the Design and Product team.

Take part in evolving the design system as we scale.

Manage work with stakeholders where required.

Ensure the best possible user experience.
What we expect

You have a strong portfolio that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs that you have developed from start to finish.

You can create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces, have excellent UI skills, an eye for detail, and pixel-perfect precision.

You care about the business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed and the bottom line.

You always think in systems and are able to recognize, extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors. You believe the project structure and internal logic is as important (if not more), as the visual outcome.

You are data-driven and keen on testing and iterating your work.

You know Figma inside and out and enjoy exploring new ways of improving your design workflow.

You are fluent in English, have great communication skills and are able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.

You have experience conducting user research, participating in customer conversations, script development, and other research activities.

Relocation
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia.
We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby.
For our employees we cover the following:

Flight to Armenia/Georgia.

Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.

Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.

Family relocation (dependants).
New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
