We are a leading company in corporate sales of cable and wire and related products. Our clients are oil, gas, and related industries. For about ten years, we have been supplying cables and wires to various industrial facilities. We cooperate with project bureaus and manufacturers throughout Russia. We also launch international projects. Now we are reaching new heights. We work with mathematicians, programmers, marketers, financiers, process engineers of cable production, and different businessmen. To automate our work, we are opening a vacancy for a business architect. You will need to design business processes and supervise the automation of the commercial functions of a wholesale trading company.
Responsibilities:
— Project documentation management;
— Work in a team (with related specialists);
— Development of automated workstations;
— Close cooperation with programmers and testers;
— Development of requirements for personnel qualifications;
— Detailed study of the requirements of the business customer;
— Writing terms of reference for the implementation of ERP;
— Control over the ERP implementation project;
— Interviewing internal business customers;
— Design of business processes;
— Analysis of industry practice.
Requirements:
— Higher education;
— Real programming skills;
— Fluent in English and Russian;
— Knowledge of mathematical methods of decision-making;
— Proven experience in software development and implementation;
— Knowledge of theories of queues, probability, and graphs;
— Acquaintance with software testing approaches;
— Experience in using simulation software;
— Willingness/ability to work in a team;
— Knowledge of business informatics;
— Knowledge of industry standards;
— Understand the business.
