UK-based technology company focused on research in AI and the development of its proprietary machine learning technologies and software products for industries. The software helps industrial companies address the following tasks: predictive maintenance, quality control, and industrial processes optimization. Its software is based on its own machine learning technologies for industrial time series analysis.

What you will do:

• Be a connection point between IT and business, work closely with Product Owner, dev team and customers.
• Dive deep into the stakeholders needs; drive changes that will bring value to the business.
• Elicit, analyze and document stakeholders requirements.
• Create (with the team and the customer) the Product concept, prepare and maintain solution requirements, gather assumptions, limitations, prepare prototypes.
• You will be in charge of tasks decomposition in Jira, defining tasks dependencies, priorities within a particular feature request.
• Prepare presentations and documentation as required. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the team.
• Competitor analysis.
• Risks analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ year's experience as a BA is a MUST.
• Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams as a Business Analyst. Agile mindset.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines.
• High-performance orientation and excellent entrepreneurial thinking.
• High working capacity, neatness, attention to details, multitasking.
• English speaking (B2) and writing abilities.
• Business analysis experience in complex systems development; experience in B2B software development.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Team management, project management or coordination experience is a plus.
• Understanding of DevOps & MLOps principles as a plus.
• Experience in Information security requirements gathering and analysis.
